Pursuant to Clause 118 of the Housing Code of USSR, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine included a number of inhabitable premises into the list of service inhabitable premises that can be granted to the People´s Deputies of Ukraine for the period of their authorities in compliance with Clause 35 of the Law "On the Status of a People´s Deputy of Ukraine".
Pursuant to the Resolution, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate shall provide for the compliance of the inhabitable premises included into the list of service ones with the requirements of Part 7, Clause 35 of the Law "On the Status of a People´s Deputy of Ukraine".
A relevant Draft Resolution was registered under Reg. No. 4713.
